This game was released online via the Unity Web Player. Not long after NPAPI plugins (the platform UnityWP was based on) were discontinued, the functionality for the online 4.1.1 game stopped working. Any player who starts the old online version now will be met with only a blank screen.
4.1.1 is significant due to the large amount of the community who discovered Block Story from playing this edition online.
Trivia: 4.1.1 was often advertised as "Minecraft:Block Story" or just "Minecraft" on many click-bate online game websites.
