"The legend states that this dragon was once so powerful that even the Dragon Lord himself couldn't tame this beast. He was once so powerful he could call in a meteor shower just by the sound of his roar.
Consumes Shark Fin Soup, Bread, Meat, Apples, Fried Fishes and Coconuts to satisfy its hunger."
Crafting[]
This is one of the most time-consuming recipes to fulfill. The 40 Dragon Hearts and 20 Meteorite Ore are farmable, but the main ingredient, which is used exclusively in this recipe, is the Dragon Egg, which the player can only obtain from a naturally-generated Safebox.
The easiest part of this recipe is unlocking it. The recipe is open from the very beginning.
Information[]
Unlike other pets, it cannot be bought with Diamonds. This forces the player to obtain the Dragon Egg from a chest, which also cannot be bought with Diamonds.
Like a Meteor, the fireballs and meteors summoned and spewed by Eldriar do more damage the closer a mob is to them when they explode, with max damage being dealt with a direct strike.
Eldriar is unaffected by lava and fire. It doesn't harm nor heal him. If the player rides Eldriar into lava/fire, they will also be unaffected. The only thing the player would need to worry about in lava is drowning.
It is one of two dragon pets not to be included in the questline, the other being the Baby Ashkore.
Abilities[]
This pet is unique in that it unlocks abilities the more levels it gains.
- At level 30, it gains the ability to shoot multiple fireballs when breathing fire.
- At level 40, it is able to call in one meteor.
- At level 45, it can call in two meteors.
- At level 50, it calls in three meteors.
The fireballs travel in a straight line ahead of Eldriar, but the meteors try to land as close as they can to any mob close to Eldriar, regardless of whether they are hostile or not.
Just like any projectile, when the fireballs and meteors enter Water, they lose all momentum and fall downwards at a 90-degree angle. They still do the same damage as if they were not in Water.
Like other dragons, when it roars, it breaths fire. After level 30 however, it also shoots fireballs and summons meteors after level 40 which can aggravate any neutral mob caught in their explosion radius.
Trivia[]
- It is the only mob in the game to gain abilities at higher levels.
- It is the only pet that the Dragon Armor visibly appears on.
- Eldriar will be not able to use it special abilities if mounted.
- Eldriar will attack faster (like regular dragons) if mounted, regardless of the attack animation.
- Whenever Eldriar is summoned, the sky turns orange, similarly to Mati turning the sky purple
